Hands-on workshops
SBOMs, provenance, CI/CD hardening, package monitoring. You leave able to run the tools yourself.
Live demonstrations
Typosquats, poisoned builds and forged provenance, reproduced step by step in front of you.
Open discussions
Small-group conversations with people solving the same problems. Bring your questions.

The Village comes to Kochi
Long before software supply chains, Kochi ran one of the world’s oldest ones. Pepper and cardamom left this coast for Arabia, China and Europe, and every trader along the route had to decide the same thing we do today: what to trust. Fitting place to talk about the weak link.
Know before you go
- Fly into Cochin International (COK); the city is about an hour away by road.
- “Namaskaram” is hello, “Nanni” is thank you. Malayalam will get you smiles.
- October is post-monsoon: warm, humid, with the odd shower. Pack light and carry an umbrella.
The original supply chain
Kochi has been a spice-trading port for centuries. Arab, Chinese, Portuguese, Dutch and British traders all came for Malabar pepper.
Chinese fishing nets
The cantilevered cheena vala at Fort Kochi are the city’s icon, a technology said to have arrived along those same trade routes.

A solar-powered welcome
Cochin International Airport was the world’s first airport to run fully on solar power. You’ll land on it.
Metro on water
Kochi runs India’s first water metro, electric ferries that connect the islands. A commute worth taking once.
Fort Kochi & Mattancherry
Colonial streets, the spice market, the Dutch Palace and one of the oldest synagogues in the region, all walkable.
The backwaters
A short trip from Kochi, the Kerala backwaters and houseboats are the classic post-conference wind-down.
Kathakali & Kalaripayattu
Kerala’s classical dance-drama and its ancient martial art, with evening performances in Fort Kochi.
Eat well
Appam and stew, Kerala parotta, fresh seafood, and a proper sadya on a banana leaf if you can find one.
